I wish I were Casanova

So its quite obvious on my part that I really dig this girl, Physio Girl (brown leather boot girl). The weird thing about me is that I'm great when it comes to first impression. In other words I'm much more confident and able to present myself better than I do when I see the same person the 2nd time or 3rd time...etc. Why is that? Perhaps its because I have an expectation for something to happen in the future where as when meeting her for the first time, I'm only thinking at the moment and just wanting to get to know her. Does make any sense to you?

So Physio Girl and I have been spending time with each other almost every single day these last couple of weeks. We have physiology class together so we spend maybe an hour or two each day. However, I'm afraid that this may be nothing more than a platonic friend zone relationship. That's obviously not what I want. Not to mention, with this rainy weather here, my voice has been getting much softer and weaker which is unattractive in my part. This makes me much more self-conscious about myself.  Also I realize that I've been quite hesistant in touching her, (no not like that way) but more as touching her in a gentlemen way. Perhaps place my hand on her back when escorting her through the door, giving her my arm when walking under an umbrella, touching her on the shoulder as we converse, just these small kinesthetic method to increase the initmacy and perhaps build sexual/romance interest. However, because I'm always self conscious about mysef when I attempt to do this, I may fear that I may come off as a sleazy guy. Not to mention she is a very conservative and classy girl so I dont want to come off that way.  I mean this is a girl whose been doing ballerina and play classical piano when she was 5 years old. Something that I found very attractive. Anyhow what do you think I should do?

This Saturday the two of us will be going on our first "date" to a violin festival. I need to know what you think is an ideal first date? I was thinking after the concert, I will bring her to my place, cook her pasta and two glasses of wine. Obviously, I want this to be as classy as possible so don't get the wrong idea.
